When you do business with us, you own what you pay for. You can take it and leave us out of the picture. We hope you don't.
You get the code we wrote for you. Open-source and third-party parts stay under their own licenses. We keep the general tools and know-how we bring to every job.
Bugs in what we delivered, fixed free for 3 months from delivery. The warranty covers code as we delivered it. If you or anyone else changes it, the warranty no longer covers the changed parts.
OS updates, third-party APIs, and new hardware are paid support, not warranty.
